Carrier furnace blower speed adjustment.

Your furnace elements have a certain wattage. Every furnace must have an adjustable blower. It will not change heating or cooling fan speeds. Your furnace shows that you have an ecm motor which is an electronically controlled motor.

Turn it off again for 1 3 seconds and back on. With no call for heat or cool turn your circulation fan to on. There should be low voltage speed taps on the main board for speed adjustments in cooling and heating. Then switch the jumper to your desired speed.
